Exhibition grounds

The NürnbergMesse event grounds excluding the offices and VIP lounges in the service areas are entirely barrier-free. The entrance "NCC Ost" can be reached by elevator.

The Navigator App is the official orientation guide for visitors and conference participants at the PCIM Expo and includes the exhibitor search, hall and site plans, forum and conference program as well as travel information. The app is available as a free application for Android devices in the Google Play Store and for Apple devices in the App Store.

You can withdraw cash at any time with an EC (debit) card or any major international credit card at the cash dispenser located at the entrance "NCC Ost".

You can find lockers at all entrance areas. You can hand in coats, jackets, or bags at the cloakrooms free of charge during the respective opening hours.

In the event of an emergency we are here to help you: The first aid center (phone number +49 911 8606-7000) is located in the Operation center in the middle entrance area and in the first-aid room in the eastern entrance area.

Any questions? You can reach us during the event at the PCIM Organizer Lounge (hall 6, stand 6-360) and at the info counters on the event grounds.

Lost property can be handed in at all open counters, cloakrooms and at the ServicePoint (Service 5/6, 1st floor). The issue takes place via the SCU (Security Control Unit, Operation Center EG) upon presentation of the identity card.

Catering is provided: Drinks, snacks and hot meals are available at several bistros and restaurants. Please check the floor plan and map of grounds for the exact locations.

During the event, an oratory will be open for all religious denominations. The oratory is located in service area 4/5 in office 1.02.

Taxi can be found at the entrances and exits of NCC Mitte and NCC Ost.

Copies of trade magazines (and newspapers) are available free of charge at the Media Zone in hall 4 stand no. 4-237.

You will find seating possibilities to recharge your batteries for a brief moment in each hall. Please check the floor plan for the exact location.

During the event WiFi is free of charge in the whole event and conference area. Please log in as follows:

• Connect to the "NürnbergMesse Wi-Fi" network.
• Open your browser and visit any website. You will be redirected to the WLAN portal.
• Confirm the terms of use and start surfing.

Guide dogs are, of course, welcome on the exhibition grounds.

To visit the event, you can rent a wheelchair from the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK).

• Standard wheelchair (free of charge upon presentation of personal ID)
• Electric wheelchair (first day: 100 Euro, each additional day: 50 Euro)

Please contact the BRK at least 14 days prior to your visit. On shorter notice, please be sure to call the BRK directly.

If you need an assistant in order to attend the event, he or she will be eligible for a free ticket once you present your severe disability ID. Please contact pcim@mesago.com for tickets.

Upon presenting a valid disability ID, you can use the VIP parking spaces near the entrance free of charge.

The following sanitary facilities will be freely accessible to visitors with disabilities during the event: "NCC Mitte", Operation Center, Service 5/6, Service 7, parking garage, "NCC Ost" (ground floor).
