If you are chairing a session, you will find all important information here to make sure you are best prepared.
- We will send you the manuscripts in mid of April.
- Oral session chairpersons: You can pick up your moderation cards on site at the Conference Service Desk in the Foyer Brüssel. At your session desk on stage, we prepared an Ipad to fill in the digital evaluation sheet and instructions.
- Poster session chairpersons: You will receive the link to complete the evaluation on your mobile device, along with the poster PDFs, in mid-April.
The role of a session chairperson includes the following tasks on site:
- Oral session chairpersons: short introduction of the speakers, leading the following Q&A session and completing the evaluation form per speaker
- Poster session chairpersons: visiting each presenter at their poster during the poster session and completing the evaluation form
