Important steps to note
July – October 2024: Submission of your seminars sypnosis
January – February 2025: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and seminar program
Until 14 April 2025: Submission of the full seminar documentation

Call for Seminars
The deadline for conference submissions has expired and thus the Call for Semianrs for the conference 2025 closed. If you have submitted a seminar synopsis, you will receive a notification of acceptance in January 2025.
Registration, travel planning and program (January – February 2025)
Registration
After the notification of acceptance in January, it is mandatory for seminar instructors to register for the participation. The booking link will be available from January 2025.
Hotel reservation
As a seminar instructor there are special conditions for the reservation of a hotel room at the Arvena Park Hotel. You will find the the information from January 2025.
Conference program
The conference program will be online from February 2025.
Seminar program
The seminars take place at the two days before the PCIM Expo & Conference in the Arvena Park Hotel. The seminar program will be online from February 2025
Seminar documentation submission (Until 14 April 2025)
Seminar documentation submission
The submission of a seminar documentation is mandatory for all seminar instructors of the conference and will be published to the seminar attendees. Submission is possible until 14 April 2025.
